I would like to go with a points type distributor. I bought a stripped marine distributor. It is mechanical advance. OMC part number 14095800. Marked IBM-7021 3 Y. The cost was $58.03.

Distributor Cap

I bought a Sierra branded 18-5353 cap from eBay for $13.86. It has a part number on the inside of the cap.
